【Job Overview】
Our company develops and operates multiple in-house SaaS products, and we are strengthening our QA system to continuously improve product quality. This position is for a QA Engineer who will primarily handle manual testing and take ownership of the entire QA process, including test design, execution, and quality improvement. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver better user experiences and enhance product value. As a member of the QA team, you will also be deeply involved in the agile team from the early stages such as planning and requirements definition, and work together with the development team to maintain and improve product quality and solve issues. 【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for the following tasks necessary for quality assurance:
・Test planning
・Reviewing and creating test specifications
・Test control and test execution as needed
・Reviewing plans/specifications and defining requirements
・Leading QA projects and test automation
・Analyzing defects and considering recurrence prevention measures
・Reviewing workflows and improving QA structures and costs to enhance quality
・Coordinating schedules with various departments
