Our mission is to "Empower every brand for a better future" and our medium-long-term vision is to "To be No.1 BtoC Communication platform in Asia”. There are still many challenges in the BtoC domain to acquire attribute and behavioral data of each customer and realize communication that satisfies each customer.
Until now, segmentation has been done in such a way as "men in 20s" or "those who have purchased a product at least once". However, this method includes people with completely different interests in the same category, resulting in a large number of unsolicited messages being delivered to many customers.
In addition, people's interests and the environment surrounding them change from moment to moment. Instead of responding to customers based on information obtained in the past, communication must be tailored to the customer's "What do they want to do now?
While communication channels are diversifying, many companies still communicate only by e-mail or telephone. In the future, companies will be required to deliver messages by flexibly changing channels according to the customer's situation, rather than relying on a specific communication method.

Mico Raises 3.5 Billion Yen in Series B Funding
Mico has secured 3.5 billion yen in Series B funding, led by Vertex Growth with participation from JAFCO Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, SMBC Venture Capital, Mizuho Capital, and existing investors ALL STAR SAAS FUND and Eight Roads Ventures Japan.
With this round, our total funding now exceeds 6.3 billion yen. Moving forward, we will accelerate product development for global expansion and strengthen our organization in line with our 2030 vision to become "Asia’s No.1 Brand Empowerment Company."
