■Recruitment Background
As services continue to expand, the SRE and Common Platform Team is seeing an increase in responsibilities related to infrastructure development and operational support. To meet this growing demand, the team is looking for new members to join and contribute.

The Advanced Technology Strategy Division provides both in-house and contracted services using cloud technologies. With a fast-paced, trial-and-error approach, the team is constantly taking on the challenge of launching new services.

The mission of the SRE and Common Platform Team is to support the design, development, and operation of these growing services by leveraging cloud technologies. By automating system management and operational tasks, the team creates an environment where application engineers can focus on development. The team is also involved in infrastructure design and construction for both in-house and contracted services.

The goal is to continuously enhance cloud-related expertise and contribute to the development of better services.

■Scope of Responsibilities – Common Platform in Projects
・The following outlines the general responsibilities; actual scope may vary by project.
・For operations and maintenance, the SRE and Common Platform Team is responsible for building automation systems. Monitoring and day-to-day operations are handled by the application team.
・Infrastructure construction falls under the responsibility of the Common Platform Team.
・Application programs and data management are the responsibility of the application team.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Requirements: Development Skills Experience in requirement definition, infrastructure design, construction, testing, operation, and maintenance of AWS-based system development Experience in coding infrastructure using CloudFormation, CDK, IaC with Terraform ■Welcome requirements Knowledge and experience with container technologies such as Docker/ECS Experience in database design, construction, operation, and maintenance Experience in infrastructure security design, construction, operation, and maintenance Knowledge and experience in identity management (Active Directory, SSO, SAML, LDAP) ■The ideal candidate will Able to work independently and communicate effectively within a team. Able to grow through input and output with an interest in new technologies. High ability to think logically and to put it all into documents.

Bonus: 3 times a year (March, June, and December)
