■Recruitment Background
Due to an increase in the volume of development, we are hiring to increase the number of employees.

■Job Description
・Responsible for design, development, testing, and operation of applications.
‐Scrum development
‐Development and operation in development environments such as Git, Redmine+Scrum plug-ins, Jenkins, etc.
‐Development in languages such as Python, Angular, C#, etc.
‐Automated testing, load testing
・Creation of product documentation
・Product support for users
・Involvement in architecture design and middleware selection
Management of PBI
・Implementation work at customer's site
・Pre-sales accompanied by sales staff
‐ Technical support during the pre-sales phase
・Team member training
‐Mentoring, coaching, facilitating
‐Mentoring, coaching, and facilitating team members
‐Promoting understanding of business domain among team members
‐Educate customers on Scrum development

The availability of telecommuting will vary depending on the project.

■Annual salary
・Monthly【Tokyo】400,000 yen ～ *The above model monthly salary for Tokyo includes a regional allowance.
・Annual 【Tokyo】 6,500,000 - 10,000,000 yen *Annual salary is only a rough estimate and will be determined based on our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration.
・Bonus: 3 times a year (March, June, and December)

■Working hours
9:00 - 17:30 (45 minutes break / 7 hours and 45 minutes actual work) 
・Off-peak working hours

■Vacations and Vacations
2 days off per week (Sat., Sun.) / National holidays / Year-end and New Year holidays / Celebration or condolence / Special / Annual paid vacations (10 days in the first year to a maximum of 20 days)
