The company actively utilizes AI technology in its product development, providing AI-related functions to improve customers' work efficiency and productivity, such as automatic summarization of minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT in its own products.

Under these circumstances, the Group established a new subsidiary on April 11, 2023 to further promote implementation consulting, product provision, and research and development related to AI technology.

The subsidiary develops and provides various AI products to improve the productivity of Japanese companies and revitalize industries. In order to develop advanced products, the subsidiary is also conducting research in areas such as ChatGPT, various large-scale language models, and GenerativeAI.

Background of Recruitment

We were established in April 2023 as a group company of listed company Genie, Inc. with the aim of dramatically increasing the potential of people working with AI technology. We are promoting research and development in Japan and overseas, utilizing cutting-edge AI technology.
In particular, we focus on the development of AI agents and provide innovative products and solutions utilizing large-scale language models (LLMs). This enables us to improve productivity and operational efficiency in a variety of industries.

As our business is expected to expand rapidly, we are looking for a full-stack engineer who can lead R&amp;D and product implementation in highly technical areas.
In particular, in order to promote research and large-scale development in the AI agent area, we urgently need more engineers to take on core back-end framework development.

Team Structure】About 65 people are working in the development organization. Development is divided into the following groups
Solution development for clients
In-house AI SaaS development
Common infrastructure development (Infra / Data / AI R&amp;D)
→In this position, you will join our development team as a full-stack engineer who leads our AI product. You will be entrusted to lead the development of our AI product by resolving highly technical issues in core functions to create a product that will be chosen by our clients.

The job description is as follows.
Responsible for developing SaaS applications that leverage Generative AI. The team will design and build highly efficient and reusable systems and develop complex web applications.

[Specific Duties]
Product development utilizing LLM
Design and development of products utilizing large-scale language models (LLM)
API integration projects: Promote projects that integrate multiple APIs and generate new APIs
Design and implementation: Design and implementation with performance and maintainability in mind
Web application development: Front-end development using TypeScript and Next.js

Development environment
Front-end: TypeScript, Next.js, React
Backend: Python
Infrastructure : GCP, GPU cloud Services
Development tools : Slack, Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, Github

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 3+ years of web application development experience using modern frameworks. 3+ years of web application development experience using Python. 1+ years of web application development experience using React. Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 1+ years of experience leading technology and team members in roles such as Tech Lead or Team Lead. Japanese (Fluent): Ability to discuss without discrepancies in product development.

There is a system that subsidizes book purchases up to ¥60,000 per year. Employees can freely purchase books within this limit, and many engineers buy technical books every month.
