To support the expansion of the in-house web service “Tips” and meet the growing number of client projects, the company is seeking backend engineers who will play a key role in development.


【 Job Overview 】
The role involves server-side development using PHP and Laravel, covering all phases from design and implementation to operation and maintenance across the following projects:

・Development and operation of the in-house platform “Tips”
　└ A content-selling platform
・Contract-based system development and maintenance
　└ Event management platform
　└ Walking app, etc.


【 Key Responsibilities 】
Engineers work within project-based teams. Responsibilities include a wide range of backend tasks such as:
・Design and development of applications
・Database integration
・Implementation of authentication and authorization features
・Asynchronous and batch processing
・Testing and debugging
・Maintenance and operation

Tasks will be assigned based on skills and experience. Those with strengths in feature design or UX may contribute to user experience improvements. Applicants with management experience may also handle code reviews, technical support, and client communication.
