■ Job Description:
You will work as a System Engineer (SE) for end-user businesses, mainly targeting small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on our in-house software package "Designer Series."
Your responsibilities will cover the entire process—from proposal and requirements definition to implementation and post-installation support.

■ About Our In-House Software Packages
We offer a wide range of proprietary software packages, including workflow systems, training management systems, and quotation management systems. Many client needs can be met through configuration alone, and customization is also available as needed.
You will be involved in everything from requirements definition to development for the implementation of these packages. Assignments will be tailored based on your personal interests and career plans.

■ Project Examples
We handle numerous projects involving the implementation of business systems and workflow systems. Whether using our in-house packages or third-party solutions, we propose optimal systems based on each client’s specific needs.

■ Attractive Points / Features:
・Overtime is limited to a maximum of 25 hours per month, and there are two fixed days per week when all employees leave on time. With comprehensive benefits, this is an ideal environment for those seeking a good work-life balance.
・Employees can apply for promotions annually through a self-nomination system.
