■ Job Description:
1. Package Development
You will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of our in-house software package, the "Designer Series."

2. Contracted Development
You will work on development projects directly commissioned by major manufacturers, including those in currency processing machines, logistics systems, and material handling equipment.

■ About Our In-House Software Packages
We offer a wide range of proprietary software packages, including workflow systems, training management systems, and quotation management systems. Many client needs can be met through configuration alone, and customization is also available as needed.
You will be involved in everything from requirements definition to development for the implementation of these packages. Assignments will be tailored based on your personal interests and career plans.

■ Project Examples
We handle numerous projects involving the implementation of business systems and workflow systems. Whether using our in-house packages or third-party solutions, we propose optimal systems based on each client’s specific needs.

■ Attractive Points / Features:
・Overtime is limited to a maximum of 25 hours per month, and there are two fixed days per week when all employees leave on time. With comprehensive benefits, this is an ideal environment for those seeking a good work-life balance.
・Employees can apply for promotions annually through a self-nomination system. ■Requirements: -2 years of experience in basic design and detailed design/ 2 years of experience in development in some language -Experience in open systems development -Japanese business level or above (equivalent to JLPT N1)

・9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (8 hours actual working time)
