◆ You will be involved in a wide range of processes—from consulting, requirements definition, and design, to development, testing, and implementation—either for our in-house package or for custom-built financial systems (contract development).
There are many opportunities to step up from development to upstream processes, with assignments aligned to your skills and experience.
In contract development for key clients, you will gain hands-on experience with systems that incorporate not only our extensive business and technical expertise but also our well-established quality management know-how.
You will also have the opportunity to develop project management skills through actual project execution.

【Involvement in Product Planning】
You may collaborate with our product development team to plan and develop in-house products by combining various technologies and platforms to meet market needs.

【About Our In-House Packages】
We offer a variety of proprietary systems such as workflow systems, training management systems, and quotation management systems.
Many customer requests can be addressed through system configuration alone, while further customization is also possible when needed.
You’ll be involved in everything from requirements definition to development for these package implementations, with your specific responsibilities assigned based on your career goals and preferences.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Qualifications ・Project leadership experience on small-scale or larger projects ・Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1) ■Preferred Candidate Profile ・Proactive in proposing improvements to business operations, processes, and products

Working Condition

■Assignment Information
The assigned department will be determined based on your skills and preferences.
You will be involved in development projects ranging from ¥5 million to ¥30 million, with work expected to be conducted at the company’s office.

Office: Himeji Office
Address: 9F, Carnie Place Himeji Building II, 2-7 Hojoguchi, Himeji-shi, Hyogo
Nearest Station: 7-minute walk from JR Sanyo Main Line Himeji Station
Smoking Policy: No smoking on company premises
Transfer: Not expected for the time being

Full-time employee (no fixed term)
Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions during the period)

■Salary
・Estimated annual income: ¥5,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
・Monthly salary: From ¥300,000 (includes functional base pay)
・Overtime pay: Provided separately
・Bonus: Equivalent to 3 months of functional salary (based on past performance)

Working hours: 09:00 – 17:45
Prescribed hours: 7 hours 45 minutes + 60-minute break
・Average overtime: 20 hours/month
