【Job Description】
◆ You will be responsible for upstream processes such as requirements definition and project management when customizing our in-house package for clients. This role focuses solely on upstream phases like client communication, requirement analysis, and definition—no programming work is required.

We provide implementation proposals of our package system to a wide range of clients, from major corporations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors to small and mid-sized companies in various industries.
This is a great opportunity for those who want to leverage their experience in upstream processes while working directly with end users, without engaging in programming or development tasks.
Many of our team members come from SIers or onsite development roles and have transitioned to focus primarily on upstream processes. Even those with limited development experience are welcome to take on the challenge.

【Opportunities to Contribute to Product Planning and Mentoring】
You may collaborate with the product development team to plan new in-house products by combining technologies and infrastructure to meet market needs.
In addition, if desired, you can also be involved in mentoring junior members—passing on your experience to both clients and colleagues.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Qualifications ・Experience in system development and project leadership (programming language not specified) Your experience as a systems engineer, regardless of system type, will enable you to thrive in projects focused on upstream processes. ・Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1) ■Recommended for Candidates Who: ・Prefer to focus on project management or upstream processes rather than hands-on development or programming ・Want to work directly with end users rather than on coding tasks
