◆ You will serve as a Project Leader (PL) for our in-house package systems. Positions and responsibilities will be proposed based on your skills, experience, and preferences.

We offer a variety of proprietary systems, including:
・A quality management system tailored for the pharmaceutical industry
・An education management system that enables the creation of internal training programs and e-learning materials

All products are developed in-house based on client needs, and most are customizable.
You will work on these package systems and other client-requested solutions, handling everything from requirements definition to development.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Qualifications ・Experience in system development and project leadership (programming language not specified) Your experience as a systems engineer, regardless of system type, will enable you to thrive in projects focused on upstream processes. ・Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1)

Working Condition

■Assignment Information
Assignment will be determined based on your preferences and experience.
You will be involved in development projects ranging from ¥5 million to ¥30 million, working primarily in-house.

■Work Location
・Office: Osaka Headquarters
・Address: Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture
・Nearest Station: 3-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station (Osaka Metro Midosuji Line)
・Smoking Policy: No smoking on the premises
・Transfers: Not expected for the time being

■Employment Type
Full-time employee (no fixed term)
・Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions during the period)

■Salary
・Expected Annual Income: ¥5,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
・Monthly Salary: From ¥300,000 (includes base salary / functional allowance)
・Overtime Pay: Provided separately based on actual hours
・Bonus: Calculated as 3 months of functional salary (based on past performance)

■Working Hours
・Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:45
・Prescribed Hours: 7 hours 45 minutes + 60-minute break
・Average Overtime: 20 hours/month
・Commuting Allowance: Provided in accordance with company policy

・Annual Holidays: 126 days
