You will be involved in both our packaged solutions and tailor-made systems—handling everything from requirement definition to development based on client requests.

Working Condition

■Assignment Information
The assigned department and role will be determined based on your preferences and experience.
You will be involved in in-house development projects ranging from ¥5 million to ¥30 million in scale.

■Work Location
・Office: Osaka Headquarters
・Address: Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture
・Nearest Station: 3-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station (Osaka Metro Midosuji Line)
・Smoking Policy: No smoking on company premises
・Transfers: None expected for the time being

■Employment Type
・Full-time employee (no fixed term)
・Probation Period: 3 months (working conditions remain the same during the probationary period)

■Salary
・Expected Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
・Monthly Salary: From ¥300,000 (including base functional pay)
・Overtime pay: Provided separately based on actual hours worked
・Bonus: Calculated based on 3 months of functional salary (past performance basis)

■Working Hours
・Working hours: 09:00 – 17:45
・Prescribed hours: 7 hours 45 minutes (60-minute break)
・Average overtime: Around 20 hours/month
・Commuting Allowance: Provided according to company policy

・Annual Holidays: 126 days
　Includes: Full 5-day workweek (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays), 5 days summer leave, 9 days New Year holiday
