■ Company Overview
The company is working to create a wide variety of services utilizing its unique AI technology and AI platform as solutions for improving labor productivity in an aging society with a declining birthrate.
Founded in 2016, the company went public in November 2021, and its performance continues to grow year by year. The explosive spread of generative AI, particularly since 2023, has also been a tailwind, with sales reaching approximately ¥8.4 billion in fiscal year 2023 and aiming for approximately ¥10 billion in fiscal year 2024. The number of employees has expanded to around 550.

■Product introduction
The product is a no-code development environment that integrates multiple learning models the company has accumulated over many years, enabling the design and development of data processing necessary for business operations. It is a highly interactive web application with features such as a real-time collaborative editing canvas.

■Business content
You will belong to the DevOps team for the company's AI development platform and will lead the automation of team processes and cloud infrastructure setup. You will contribute to improving system availability by streamlining deployments through infrastructure automation.
Furthermore, you will build close partnerships with the development team and the business department, and will drive projects while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Specifically, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
・Infrastructure construction, automation, and maintenance.
・Operation and management of the CI/CD environment.
・Development of tools and practices, and provision of technical support to enable other engineering teams to smoothly deploy the services.
・Project leadership involving multiple departments.

You will join a team currently composed of 4 engineers and an Engineering Manager.
To facilitate smooth product development, you will be required to commute to the Tokyo office once a week.
Weekly engineer study sessions are held, allowing you to catch up on the latest technologies and knowledge.

■ Experiences Gained in This Position
As this is a service that will become a pillar of the company's next stage of business, there will be many challenging opportunities, and you can be involved as a core member contributing to the product's growth.
You will be in an environment where you use English on a daily basis due to the global engineering team that includes overseas members.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Experience ・3+ years of practical experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar roles. ・Experience in building and automating infrastructure using AWS. ・Conceptual understanding of IaC and experience using tools such as Chef, Packer, Terraform, etc. ・Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, orchestration, deployment automation, and configuration management. ・Experience in web application development using any web framework. Language Skills ・Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and conversational-level English communication skills. ■Preferred ・Kubernetes operational experience. ・Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP. ・Experience leading a team technically as a Tech Lead (or Lead Engineer).
