We are looking for a results-oriented and highly motivated full-stack developer to join our team. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for developing core features of our product. While working on assigned projects and tasks, you will have a certain degree of autonomy in product development.

【Responsibilities】
⚫ Work as a member of the Software Engineering Team to address the growing needs of Japanese clients and markets.
⚫ Main responsibilities include developing and optimizing new features in existing software and supporting the implementation of algorithms developed by the Data Science Team.
⚫ Secondary responsibilities include maintaining the AWS-based infrastructure and handling inquiries from internal departments (mainly Sales and Data Science) regarding applications and infrastructure.

【Team Structure】
⚫ You will be part of our U.S.-based Software Engineering Team, which includes members from both the U.S. and Japan offices. Slack is used for daily communication, and weekly engineering meetings are held.
⚫ Most communication takes place in the morning Japan time (evening U.S. West Coast time), so there is no need to align your working hours with U.S. time.
⚫ All current team members work remotely, but a hybrid work style using the Tokyo office is also available.
⚫ While most employees work remotely, occasional business trips to the Tokyo HQ or to the U.S. Silicon Valley headquarters may occur for meetings.
⚫ Our team is diverse, consisting of members of various ages, genders, and nationalities, including Japan, the U.S., and South Korea.

【Language Environment & Team Composition】
⚫ Both English and Japanese are used within the company. All communication within the engineering team is conducted in English, while communication with Japan-based staff is primarily in Japanese. (Usage ratio: English 60%, Japanese 40%)
