Job Details
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following

To understand the user's pain points correctly and define the priority and scope of the most appropriate projects and functions to achieve the business goals, thereby realizing both the resolution of user issues and business success through the product.
In order to deliver products to the market, he/she will lead the development of products by facing various stakeholders, discussing and building consensus, and playing a central role in communication.
The ideal vision of where the product will go and the roadmap for its realization will be created.
He/she is responsible for the "Why" and "What" of the product.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・3+ years of experience in developing software products (like web systems or apps) or hardware products in roles such as Product Manager, Engineer, Designer, Researcher, Data Analyst, Business Development, or Marketing. ・Ability to identify challenges, formulate hypotheses to solve them, and translate those into product strategies, features, and initiatives. ・Courage and a sense of balance to genuinely listen to all stakeholder opinions and thoroughly conceive the ideal state of the product you're responsible for. ・High communication skills and leadership to drive product development. ・Strong ownership to never give up when faced with difficulties, always finding the "right way forward" instead of "compromises," and delivering results. 【Preferred】・Ability to grasp and organize challenges from both quantitative and qualitative data, then formulate product strategies. ・Strong interest and deep knowledge in cutting-edge technologies like AI, with the ability to plan and design products leveraging them. ・Experience in product development related to payment, accounting, or ad networks. 【Ideal Applicants】・Strong interest in solving social issues through products. ・Proactive and can act independently, with a broad perspective, long-term vision, clear aspirations, and flexibility. ・Interested in cutting-edge technological domains and committed to continuous skill development to master them. ・Able to communicate respectfully with others.
