Job Description

LUX offers a number of SaaS products. Each product consists of a mix of on-premise and cloud computing, all with different system configurations. In order to provide greater service value to customers, the infrastructure and development organization needs to focus on product development. The mission of this position is to take the lead across the board in addressing security measures and vulnerabilities in all products, and to establish policies and rules to provide secure services to customers in cooperation with the infrastructure and development organizations.

While it is important to implement security measures and increase the strength of security, excessive rules may slow down the development process and reduce the value provided to customers. Through information gathering and interviews with engineering organizations and examples from other companies, we will formulate policies, standardize, and consolidate know-how in accordance with current trends and business scale, and efficiently implement security measures for each product. The scope of this project is to ensure security in the development of products to be provided externally.

Business Description
As a cross-functional department, this position is responsible for supporting various security-related tasks, but will mainly promote the following
Formulation and establishment of security policies and rules for product development of SaaS products provided by Lux.
Formulation of security policy for web applications and smartphone applications
Selection and application of vulnerability assessment tools
Management and flow improvement of OSS licenses and vulnerability handling
Establishment and renewal of guidelines for development and release
Support for backup policy formulation and application
Establishment of incident response flow and operation of products

Issues
Reduce the number of serious security incidents in the SaaS services provided by LUX.
Keep up with the latest security measures
Improve efficiency of security measures in development operations
