[Key Responsibilities]
1. Requirements Definition & Design
・Define requirements and design for Salesforce implementation and operation projects.
・Define requirements and design for marketing automation tools like Marketo and Pardot.
・Define requirements and information architecture for website construction projects.
2. Client-Facing Operations
・Manage communication with clients, partner companies, and production companies throughout project durations.
3. Project Management
・Manage Salesforce implementation and operation projects.
・Manage marketing automation projects using tools like Marketo and Pardot.
・Manage website construction projects.
・Manage other system development projects.
4. PMO Support
・Provide PMO support for large-scale projects.
5. Business Architecture
・Organize and analyze business and IT challenges.
・Formulate cloud solution frameworks.
・Design solution architectures.
6. Pre-Sales
・Propose ongoing projects to existing clients.
