【Recruitment Background】
To achieve their goal of expanding to 10 million and eventually 15 million users, the company aims to deliver valuable development by creating new features and improving existing ones after launch.
Because of this diversity, the service offers over 740 categories, diverse service delivery methods (text, phone, video), and varied purchasing options (standard, subscription, quote-based) to match each service. Consequently, building the underlying architecture to support this has become exceptionally challenging.
Beyond their core services, new offerings are emerging, leading to a dramatic increase in users from various backgrounds, including both individual and corporate clients. This makes development increasingly critical.
They are seeking individuals who can leverage their engineering skills to play a key role in the growth of their skill marketplace business through comprehensive application development.

【Responsibilities】
You'll be responsible for all aspects of application development within the skill marketplace business domain.

■Specifically
・User-Facing Application Development: You'll handle the initial build of applications. After release, you'll monitor user behavior and feedback, refine improvement areas with planning teams, and then design and implement solutions based on the agreed-upon initiatives.
・Internal Management Support Tool Development: This involves developing applications with various management features related to the service. You'll refine improvement plans with the planning team based on requests from internal non-development departments, then design and implement those solutions.

■Development Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for end-to-end implementation of features, regardless of whether they are in the frontend or backend domain.

■Development Environment
Languages: Ruby, Go, TypeScript, PHP
Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, CakePHP
APIs: gRPC, GraphQL
Databases: MySQL, DynamoDB, BigQuery

■How You'll Collaborate
You'll work closely with various teams to drive product development and growth:
For new feature development, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, designers, app engineers, and infrastructure SRE engineers.
When it comes to resolving technical debt and introducing new technologies, you'll primarily partner with members from the Technology Strategy Office and the Common Platform team to advance these projects.
In this role, you'll contribute to the product's growth from both a technical and business perspective.

・Rapid User Feedback: You'll directly experience users' reactions to what you build. We regularly hold user events, giving you the chance to talk directly with our users.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・3+ years of frontend development experience using React, Vue.js, or Angular. ・3+ years of backend development experience. 【Preferred】・Knowledge and experience with databases. ・Knowledge and experience in infrastructure. ・Ability to communicate smoothly with people in other roles.
