We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join an AI solutions company in the marketing and advertising field!
As a member of Resola's engineering department, you will lead a team of talented engineers to develop cutting-edge AI-based marketing solutions and foster a team culture that supports innovation and growth.

・Lead and mentor an engineering team based on the principles of servant leadership.
・Support team growth and foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment.
・Define and manage the technical direction of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards.
・Implement and operate engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.
・Collaborate with other departments to clarify and achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Experiences

◆Mandatory Requirements ・Leadership experience in AI or software development ・Understanding of basic flow of software development and agile development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) ・At least 3 years of development experience as an engineer ・Business level Japanese (client relations) and English (internal communication) skills ◆Preferred Requirements ・Experience in cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) ◆Languages Japanese: Business level English: Daily conversation level ◆Notes Remote working in principle, but able to come to Shibuya office as needed.
