・Lead a cross-functional team using agile methodology to deliver high quality AI solutions.
・Facilitate communication and collaboration between client, engineering, product, and design teams
・ Establish and maintain a stable project management structure in line with our CI/CD practices
・Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth
・Drive data-driven decision making in project planning and execution

Required Skills and Experiences

◆Mandatory Requirements ・Practical experience in project management for AI and software development ・Understanding of fundamental software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client interaction) and English (for internal communication) ◆Preferred Requirements ・Experience with cloud-based development and modern development practices. ◆Languages Japanese: Business level English: Daily conversation level ◆Notes Remote working in principle, but able to come to Shibuya office as needed.
