We are looking for full-stack engineers for our SaaS "DECA", which provides AI solutions in the marketing and advertising fields.
You will be involved in the development of cutting-edge AI-based marketing solutions, and you will be able to grow tremendously in an environment that emphasizes innovation and continuous learning.

◆Job Overview
・Designing and implementing features across both frontend and backend systems
・Architecting and building scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures that support both client and server components
・Developing user interfaces using the latest frameworks
・Designing and implementing robust server-side processing and optimal database integration
・Designing, developing, and maintaining APIs connecting various system layers
・Designing tests and implementing security measures to ensure both quality and safety

・Skills in front-end to back-end integrated development
・Highly available and scalable architecture design
・UI/UX development skills using modern frameworks
・Technical skills to ensure both reliability and security
・Product-oriented development thinking and team collaboration skills

Required Skills and Experiences

◆Mandatory Requirements ・Experience in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks) and back-end development (Python, Go, Node.js) ・Experience in building scalable and maintainable system architecture ・Experience with agile development methodologies ・Business-level Japanese (client relations) and English (internal communication) skills ◆Languages Japanese: Business level English: Daily conversation level ◆Notes Remote working in principle, but able to come to Shibuya office as needed.
