We are looking for backend engineers for our SaaS "DECA", which provides AI solutions in the marketing and advertising fields.
You will be involved in the development of cutting-edge AI-based marketing solutions, and you will be able to grow tremendously in an environment that emphasizes innovation and continuous learning.

◆Job Overview
・Designing and implementing scalable backend systems and services
・Designing and maintaining RESTful APIs that support application functionalities
・Optimizing performance through effective database design and query acceleration
・Implementing robust security measures and data protection protocols
・Developing clean code with an emphasis on maintainability and reliability
・Collaborating with multiple departments to drive overall product integration and quality improvement

・Scalable system design and implementation skills to support the growth of SaaS products.
・Development skills with an awareness of integration with other systems and front-end systems
・Database skills for both performance and maintainability
・Experience in robust security implementation

Required Skills and Experiences

◆Mandatory Requirements ・Experience in back-end development using Python and Node.js ・Knowledge of database design, operation, and performance tuning ・Experience in building and operating systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc. ・Business level Japanese (client relations) and English (internal communication) skills ◆Preferred Requirements Experience with Salesforce ◆Languages Japanese: Business level English: Daily conversation level ◆Notes Remote working in principle, but able to come to Shibuya office as needed.
