◆Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for planning and proposing AI solutions to enterprise clients. Once a project is secured, you'll collaborate with internal engineers, designers, and the client to create new value (services, solutions, businesses, etc.).
As a Project Manager, you'll handle the planning, design, promotion, and execution of projects that utilize the company's proprietary AI solution.

Specifically:
Project Planning & Management
Deeply understand client challenges and plan/propose optimal AI solutions utilizing the product.
Plan and manage project scope, resources, schedule, and budget.

Project Promotion
Drive projects by engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Clearly define challenges, establish requirements, and report project progress to clients.
Improve the quality of deliverables through collaboration with engineers, designers, and business teams.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
Establish best practices for project success.
Promote value delivery internally and externally through project deliverables and processes.

◆Project Examples
Financial Services / Insurance × Marketing: Optimizing marketing through predictive analytics (Aflac).
Healthcare × R&D: Significantly reducing data analysis time in drug discovery through data-driven approaches (Daiichi Sankyo).
Manufacturing × Skilled Operations: Achieving efficient skill transfer by visualizing skilled work through data analysis platform construction (Nippon Steel).
Telecommunications × HR / Recruitment: Reducing candidate evaluation time by 85% with automated pass/fail judgments based on new graduate interview video analysis (SoftBank).

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in one of the following: 3+ years of project management experience in IT or AI-related fields. 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist, plus experience in client negotiation or on-site client engagement. Mindset: Empathy: A strong desire to solve complex social issues, coupled with a keen business mind. Evolve: Curiosity and a drive to continuously learn, especially about technology. Execute: Strong ownership and the determination to see things through. Language Skills: Business-level Japanese communication skills. 【Preferred】 Knowledge of AI, data analysis, and cloud technologies. Leadership experience in software development projects. Experience developing systems using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). Certification as a PMP, Scrum Master, or similar.
