【Your Role】
You will be responsible for personally formulating and executing the entire quality assurance strategy for the AI SaaS product. You will design functional tests for features like AI Chat, AI Meeting Notes, and AI Agents, and build frameworks for evaluating prompt quality and verifying the consistency and accuracy of AI responses. You will also drive test automation, build and standardize the testing infrastructure, and cultivate a company-wide quality culture. Working closely with the SRE team, you will act as the QA hub within the development teams to resolve quality challenges.

【Responsibilities】
Strategic Planning and Execution for quality assurance.
Designing functional tests for features like AI Chat, AI Meeting Notes, and AI Agents.
Evaluating prompt quality and creating test cases.
Building a verification framework for the consistency and accuracy of AI responses.
Conducting usability testing and proposing UX improvements specific to AI products.
Developing and operating a test automation framework.
Building the testing infrastructure, and setting up and operating the CI/CD environment.
Analyzing quality metrics and proposing improvements.
Driving quality improvement activities in collaboration with development teams and Project Managers.
Managing asynchronous communication using tools like Linear, Notion, and GitHub.
Researching and considering the introduction of new technologies and tools.

【Team Structure】
The development organization consists of approximately 65 members and is divided into the following groups:
・Client Solutions Development
・In-House AI SaaS Development
・Common Platform Development (Infra / Data / AI R&D)

You will be assigned to the QA Team within the Common Platform Development Group.
・QA Team (Common Platform Development Group)
・QA PM: 1 member
・QA Testers: 1 member (with plans to expand to 2)
You will also collaborate with the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team to enhance the quality of the company's products.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mathematics, physics, or related fields Work experience as a software developer or QA engineer: 3+ years Experience in test design and test automation Experience building and operating test infrastructure or CI/CD environments Experience designing processes and promoting standardization for quality improvement Japanese: N2 or higher (must be able to conduct interviews in Japanese) 【Preferred】 Experience in QA for large-scale services Knowledge of performance testing and security testing QA experience in agile development environments Experience building test infrastructure in cloud environments like AWS or GCP Experience using AI tools such as LLM/ChatGPT Experience leading teams or projects Experience working at a startup English: Business level

・Book Purchase Subsidy: There is a program that subsidizes book purchases up to ¥60,000 annually. You can freely purchase books within this limit, and many engineers take advantage of it to buy technical books every month.
