Job Description.
This position is responsible for the design, development, and operation of mechanisms that support product safety, such as user login and access rights management. As the service grows, it is also an important mission to prepare mechanisms that can handle more users and to consider configurations that are resilient to failures.
You will also be responsible for creating mechanisms to improve development efficiency within the team, organizing requirements in cooperation with other teams, and leading the process from implementation to release. We expect you to share your own knowledge with the team and contribute to improving the technical skills of the members.

Examples of specific tasks

Design, development, and operation of authentication and authorization infrastructure:.
Improvement and new development of authentication flows using standard technologies such as SAML and OpenID Connect
Design and implementation of authorization logic such as role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)
Implementation of inter-service authentication and authorization in microservice architectures
Addressing security vulnerabilities and implementing proactive security enhancements
Develop and maintain identity provider (IdP) federation capabilities
Ensure high availability and scalability
Design and build a scalable architecture that can handle increased traffic (using AWS Fargate, Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, etc.)
Strengthen monitoring system, quickly determine the cause of problems, and provide recovery support when failures occur
Improve development processes
Improved CI/CD pipeline to increase deployment frequency and quality
Expansion of automated testing, including unit testing, coupling testing, and E2E testing
Promote IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
Collaborate with teams and share technical skills:.
Work closely with product managers and engineers from other teams, from specification to release
Share technical knowledge on security and contribute to the improvement of team members' technical skills

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 3+ years of backend web application development experience using Python. Experience developing with web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Experience developing with RDBMS (like PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (like DynamoDB). Experience using Git for version control systems. Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect). 【Preferred】 Experience in SaaS product development and operation. Experience in infrastructure building and operation using AWS (Fargate, Lambda, Aurora, API Gateway, IAM, etc.). Experience in designing, developing, and operating authentication/authorization platforms. Experience in developing with microservice architecture. Experience in development and operation using container technologies like Docker. Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments. Knowledge and experience in security (e.g., secure coding). Experience in developing and operating systems that handle large-scale traffic. Experience as a team leader or tech lead.
