Developing and maintaining the MiiTel Mobile app.
Developing new products.
Researching, developing, and evaluating new technologies.

【Job Satisfaction】
You can contribute to both iOS and Android development (or specialize in one, if that's your strength). With BFF in place, you can also work on the server side. Since this is an in-house product, it's a stable development environment where you can truly settle in.

【Development Environment】
・Language: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter (Dart)
・Environment: Slack, Notion

【Technology Stack (Including Future Plans)】
The company is microservices-oriented, especially for real-time services and analytics, adopting appropriate technologies for each service.
・Backend: Python (Django), Elasticsearch
・Frontend: React.js, Vue.js
・Analysis: Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
・Communication: SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, WebSocket
・Infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud, Terraform
・Mobile Apps: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter (Dart)

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・3+ years of experience developing mobile applications and front-end development (React, Vue.js, etc.) ・Experience developing apps in either Swift, Kotlin or Flutter (Dart) (business or personal development) 【Preferred】・Experience with automation through CI ・Experience with agile development such as Scrum ・Experience with code reviews in team development ・Experience with app development utilizing Firebase ・Experience with telecom/phone apps and network programming 【Ideal Applicants】・Empathy with mission vision ・Embodying values ・Able to work well in a team environment ・Good at thinking logically ・Highly motivated for personal growth
