Job Description

■Overview
You'll be responsible for the design and development of electronic circuits for the company's industrial small drones and their peripheral equipment (such as infrared sensor option parts), which they develop and manufacture.

■Responsibilities
Electrical design for industrial small drones.
Product development related to drone peripheral equipment.
Proposing new features and systems.
Verifying and testing developed circuits.
Negotiating with external contractors.

You'll join the current development team to work on updating existing aircraft and developing peripheral equipment. Eventually, you'll become a core member of the product design team for future aircraft models.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required 5+ years of practical experience in electronic circuit design. Experience in mass production of designed models. Experience across the entire development lifecycle, including specification creation, basic design, and detailed design. Experience in negotiating with external contractors. ■Preferred Project lead experience. Experience in designing high-frequency (1GHz or higher) electronic circuits and antennas. Practical experience in noise testing and countermeasures, as well as various other tests. ■Ideal Applicants Willing to be involved in product development from the very beginning and to make use of the technologies developed by the company for the benefit of society. Willing to work independently and with a sense of responsibility. Value communication with others and work in a cooperative manner

Working Condition

<Holidays / Vacations>
・Annual holidays: 125 days
・Holiday/vacation type：Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
・Annual paid leave: 10 days (the minimum number of days is the number of days granted after six months of employment)
・Summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations, congratulation or condolence leave　
*In accordance with the company calendar
