We have released several products in the research field, including our main product, "LabBase Shushoku(LabBase 就職)" - a service for newly graduated science students, "LabBase Tenshoku(LabBase 転職)" - a mid-career recruitment service, and "LabBase Kenkyushitsu Search(LabBase 研究室サーチ)" - a laboratory search service connecting researchers with laboratories. Our services are also utilized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), which highlights the exciting potential and solid management foundation of our offerings.

We have completed a Series B round of funding in 2022!

【Job Responsibilities】
LabBase wants to bring out the potential of the many users of our products and deliver a better experience.
Front-end development is an area directly related to user experience, and we are looking for front-end engineers who can work together with us to improve the speed of delivery to users, improve developer performance, and provide a good user experience!

You will be responsible for addressing technical issues and developing services as someone with expertise in the front-end area.

- Selection and internal penetration of technologies in the Web front-end area
- Improve the development experience in the Web front-end area
- Promote the speedy provision of information to our users
- Development of new functions to make services easier to use
- Functional development using LLM.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required Qualifications】 - Experience in web front-end development for toC and toB at a certain scale - Experience in understanding the latest front-end technology trends and selecting the most appropriate technology - Knowledge of XSS and similar common security technologies - Experience with public cloud services such as AWS and GCP - Great Japanese skills to communicate with Japanese teams(approximately N2 or above) 【Desired Qualifications】 - Knowledge of the Build system and TypeScript compiler API - Experience with Rust's web front-end framework - Experience designing and developing REST API or GraphQL or gRPC - Experience in building CI/CD - Experience in mobile app technology selection and development - Experience in leading multiple engineers and driving projects 【Candidate Requirements】 - Someone who empathizes with our purpose - A person passionate about creating new value and making a better society through their products - An individual who can take initiative to ensure the team's success - A person who eagerly embraces challenges and the unknown
