[ Company Profile ]
With the mission of "Reinventing the Mechanism of Value Creation to Advance Humanity", we are helping companies transform themselves by utilizing the most advanced generative AI LLM technology.

We operate an AI agent for engineers specialized in the manufacturing industry as a SaaS business, and a new PaaS service that turns all kinds of data buried within a company into a structured corporate asset.

Currently, our main target is the R&amp;D of major manufacturing companies in Japan. More than 300 companies, or 30% of the Nikkei 225, have already adopted the service. In the future, starting with manufacturing R&amp;D, we plan to expand the service to domestic enterprise companies, then to Japanese companies as a whole, and even to global companies.

We are also focusing on research and development of a purely domestic LLM that is strong in the Japanese language and business domain, and have released a 100 billion-parameter service in May 2024!

In October 2024, we completed a Series D financing of 4.5 billion yen, for a total of 8.8 billion yen.
We have 150 employees and are recruiting personnel to achieve further growth!

[ Job Description ]
We are entrusting the backend to infrastructure area of a new business that promotes the use of generative AI.

As the 1st lead engineer for the new service (PaaS), autonomously lead the development and proceed from verification to implementation.
Communicate with the machine learning engineer developing the document analysis engine, define resource requirements and interfaces, and proceed with development.
Communicate with the product manager and proceed with the development to solve the issues.

Verification, implementation, and product operation of the business document analysis engine API and its infrastructure
Design, construction, and operation of overall infrastructure (RAG data pipeline, customer data management) in a multi-cloud environment
Design, construction, and product operation of data flows and networks in PaaS and customer system environments

About Remote Work
