This Software Engineer role involves the design, development, evaluation, support, troubleshooting, and implementation of Windows applications for the company's proprietary semiconductor control devices. As a core team member, you'll manage Windows application development and support for increasingly complex semiconductor manufacturing processes. Regular technical collaboration with overseas engineers provides a valuable opportunity to advance skills in a global environment.


■ Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Windows applications for:
・Wafer Tape Laminator
・Wafer Remover
・Wafer Mounter
・Wafer UV Irradiation Machine
・Newly developed products

*The scope of job content changes and work location changes will be determined by the company.


■ Organizational Structure
The team consists of:
Manager: 1
Electrical Control: 6
Software: 2
Electrical control and software functions are interdependent in device development, fostering active knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.


■ Level of Japanese Usage
Both Japanese and English are used. Internal meetings are in Japanese, while product-related communications with overseas partners may be in English.


■ Work Environment
・Foreign national members are present at headquarters (1) and overseas branches (5-6 in Singapore and the U.S.).
・A Position Class System links increased job responsibility to higher position classes and base salary.
・127 annual holidays(2025 fiscal year)

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Technical Skills & Experience ・Degree or equivalent knowledge in Electrical/Electronic/Software/IT/Information Engineering or a related field. ・3+ years of software development experience (any field) using Windows, Linux, RTOS, or other platforms. ■ Required Language Skills ・No aversion to communicating in English. ・Business experience in Japanese. ■ Preferred Requirements ・Experience in Windows application development using Visual Basic, C#, C++, or other development languages. ・Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet (TCP/IP, Ethernet I/P, Ether CAT), USB, RS232C, RS485, or experience in developing communication programs. ・Knowledge of software development processes. ・Interest in hardware (mechatronics, electrical/electronics) and the ability to perform tasks with that in mind.

Monthly salary: ¥380,000 - 530,000 yen 
Including basic salary of ¥350,000 - 480,000 yen per month

*Overtime work: 0 to 20 hours
*Overtime allowance: Yes (paid separately according to overtime hours)
