You'll be responsible for leading the control software design and development for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This includes overall project management and implementation support. You'll also exercise leadership by providing some guidance to team members.

■ Key Responsibilities
・Designing, developing, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of control systems.
・Leading your team: This includes mentoring members, providing technical support, and managing project progress.
・Proposing technical strategies and coordinating with engineers at overseas locations.
・Participating from the planning and requirements definition stages for new software.
・Leading the resolution and consideration of technical challenges during the design phase.
・Reporting on progress and proposing improvements to upper management and relevant departments.

You'll be responsible for the overall PLC electrical control software development and support for the following products:
・Wafer Tape Laminator
・Wafer Tape Remover
・Wafer Frame Mounter
・Wafer UV Irradiation Machine
・Newly developed equipment

*Location & Scope of Work
・Initial Placement: You'll start at the Head Office (address: 43-1 Harabuta, Kagiya-cho, Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture).
・Future Locations: The company may assign you to other work locations as determined by the company.

The team consists of:
Manager: 1
Electrical Control: 6
Software: 2
Electrical control and software functions are interdependent in device development, fostering active knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

■ Level of Japanese Usage
Both Japanese and English are used. Internal meetings are in Japanese, while product-related communications with overseas partners may be in English.

■ Work Environment
・Foreign national members are present at headquarters (1) and overseas branches (5-6 in Singapore and the U.S.).
・A Position Class System links increased job responsibility to higher position classes and base salary.

*Overtime work: 0 to 20 hours
*Overtime allowance: Yes (paid separately according to overtime hours)
