・Designing, evaluating, troubleshooting, and supporting the implementation of electrical control circuits.
・Leading your team, which includes mentoring members, providing technical support, and managing progress.
・Defining requirements and considering specifications for electrical designs in new projects.
・Formulating and executing technical strategies for electrical control circuit design, leveraging industry-standard PLCs in the FA sector.
・Reporting on progress and proposing improvements to upper management.

You'll be responsible for the overall development and support of electrical control circuits for the following products:
・Wafer Tape Laminator
・Wafer Tape Remover
・Wafer Frame Mounter
・Wafer UV Irradiation Machine
・Newly developed equipment

*Location & Scope of Work
・Initial Placement: You'll start at the Head Office (address: 43-1 Harabuta, Kagiya-cho, Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture).
・Future Locations: The company may assign you to other work locations as determined by the company.
