【What is "ScaLe"?】
"ScaLe" is a product designed to support companies offering field services or on-site visit services by efficiently creating visit plans and managing reservations. As on-site visits are essential in field services, scheduling is always required. ScaLe solves the following complex challenges in this scheduling process:

【Job Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for the entire process of ScaLe's web application (frontend and backend), from design, development, testing, and deployment to operation. This is the initial development and launch phase of a product new to the market, offering opportunities to deeply engage not only in feature development but also in shaping the product's direction and technology selection. You will be involved in both toB (e.g., corporate administration screens) and toC (e.g., reservation systems for visiting customers) development, and you will experience the process of directly hearing user requests and reflecting them in the product.
■ Building the in-house development system for new business products and driving actual development tasks.
■ Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
■ Developing web applications integrated with our proprietary algorithm engine.

【International Engineer Presence】
■ Company-wide: 10 members (Loogia: 2 members)
■ Nationalities: China, Sri Lanka, USA, Switzerland, etc.
■ Language: Japanese (N1 level required)
