【Your Role】
You will lead frontend application development, leveraging the latest technologies like TypeScript, React, and Next.js. As a Senior Engineer, you will set the team's technical direction for resolving challenges and designing architecture.
You will proactively enhance code quality through automated testing and code reviews. You'll also drive the adoption of new processes and development methods, building a foundation for long-term maintainability and scalability.
You will work closely with Product Managers, designers, and other development teams to propose and lead the implementation of features that align with business requirements. Furthermore, you will contribute to the team's technical maturity by sharing knowledge and establishing best practices to improve the overall skill level.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・3+ years of development experience using React and TypeScript. ・Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ・Experience with CI/CD. ・Experience in product development on a team that collaborates with other roles, such as Product Managers and designers. ・The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. ・Proficiency in Japanese or an equivalent level of English to handle development tasks. 【Preferred】・Experience as a Tech Lead or Team Leader. ・Experience with Agile development. ・Understanding and experience with test automation. ・Experience in frontend performance optimization. ・Understanding of software engineering best practices. ・Understanding and experience with accessibility. ・Understanding and experience with design systems. 【Ideal Applicants】・Able to write readable and maintainable code ・Team player and able to communicate proactively ・Willing to research new technologies ・Willing to improve services and the world through engineering ・Able to find a balance between business, organization, and technology and explain what it should look like from a technical perspective ・Able to collaborate with engineers and tech leads across the company to create a development team culture
