Required Skills and Experiences
【Required】 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading large-scale application backend systems. Extensive experience building and maintaining robust APIs, including gRPC and RESTful architectures. Proficiency in at least one major backend server language and framework (e.g., Go/Gin, Python/Django, Java/Spring). Understanding and experience with CI/CD and DevOps. Experience designing and developing products in the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with development and architectural design using container technology. Experience using and designing databases (RDBM/NoSQL). Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies (SaaS, OSS, etc.) based on trade-offs, costs, and business needs. Experience with the full software lifecycle, including the design, delivery, operation, and maintenance of complex systems. Ability to define error budgets, SLAs, and SLOs to ensure system reliability and meet business requirements. A proven track record of leading agile projects, making architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting best practices. Familiarity with security best practices (ISMS, etc.), data encryption, access control, and compliance standards (GDPR, etc.). Business-level fluency in English (reading, writing, and conversation). 【Preferred】 Understanding and experience with DevOps. Active contributor to open-source projects. Experience in external technical outreach (e.g., presentations, blogs). Experience in market research or the ad technology industry. Understanding and experience with Microservices architecture. Knowledge of statistical concepts and their application in data analysis.
