Designing, developing, and optimizing AI solutions that directly generate business value.
Building appropriate solutions based on business requirements, working in collaboration with the business department, data engineers, and other stakeholders.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions.
Mentoring junior AI engineers and promoting best practices in AI engineering.
Continuously learning the latest trends and technologies in AI engineering and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Expert knowledge of SQL. High proficiency in programming languages such as Python. High proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch. Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-based microservices. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Advanced data processing skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement innovative data solutions. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels. 【Preferred】 Extensive experience designing robust systems that include multiple subsystems like vector databases and caches. Deep understanding and proficiency in MLOps concepts for solution development. Specialized expertise in an AI field such as NLP, image processing, generative AI, or deep learning. Experience with the operation and maintenance of ML services in a production environment.
