Job Description

【Responsibilities】
・Collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and business divisions to design the UI/UX for new and existing services that support the company's operations.
・Designing the UI/UX for new business initiatives.
・Creating UI/UX designs for the platform renewal that supports the company's business.
・Measuring UI/UX designs and driving continuous improvement.
・Managing design-related projects, including those with external contractors.
・Communicating with stakeholders to build trust, clearly explaining UI/UX designs, and taking accountability for your work.

【Tools used】
Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, GitHub, etc.

【Team】
You will be assigned to the Global Technology Division.

【Position Highlights】
This is a newly formed team, less than two years old as of December 2024. The team designs UX and UI for the company's digital products in-house. It is currently in the process of building its organizational design and design processes through trial and error. You'll get to personally experience this phase of building an organization and its design processes from the ground up.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 5+ years of experience in mobile app or web app UI/UX design Practical experience with tools necessary for product design, such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese (N1 or higher) 【Preferred】 Understanding and experience in UX research, etc. Project management experience Experience in building and using design systems Experience in UI/UX design for internal tools Ability to communicate smoothly in English 【Ideal Applicants】 Able to move forward based on your own framework and hypotheses, even in ambiguous situations. Able to take bold challenges without fear of failure, and learn from failure. Able to take on tasks with a strong sense of ownership and determination. Able to motivate yourself. Able to constantly learn new things and grow.
