■Responsibilities
You'll be involved in a variety of projects, and your technical stack will vary accordingly. Here are some of the tasks you can expect:
1. Implementing the web service foundation for in-house secure computation products and contract projects.
2. Developing frontend with React/TypeScript and backend with FastAPI/Python.
3. Building data modeling and search infrastructure using PostgreSQL, Qdrant, and OpenSearch.
4. Designing and operating LLM/RAG systems with the OpenAI and Azure OpenAI ecosystems.
5. Implementing privacy-preserving ML inference pipelines with homomorphic encryption libraries (CKKS/TFHE, etc.).
6. Operating microservices with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD with GitHub Actions + Terraform.
7. Conducting code reviews, automating tests, and monitoring performance.

【Required】 1. 3+ years of web application development experience (covering both frontend and backend). 2. Practical experience with React / TypeScript or a similar SPA framework. 3. Experience developing APIs with Python, such as FastAPI. 4. Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and operating Docker containers. 5. Experience in team development using Git/GitHub. 6. Experience developing with AWS (e.g., EKS/ECS, RDS, Lambda). 7. Business-level English and conversational Japanese or higher. 【Preferred】 1. Microservice design and operation using Kubernetes 2. Experience implementing vector search and full-text search engines such as Qdrant/OpenSearch 3. Experience building RAGs for LLM 4. Experience using homomorphic encryption libraries 5.
