They've also welcomed various publishers and entertainment-related companies as new shareholders, strengthening their collaboration with IP holders. ■Position
The company is looking for someone to build the ideal SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) framework, ensuring the security and scalability of the company's products.

【Your Role】
As a member of the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team, your mission is to ensure the security and scalability of the company's globally expanding products. While the following are some assumed tasks, they want you to take the initiative to think about how best to achieve this mission.

Responsibilities
- Build and operate infrastructure that guarantees system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Develop and strengthen system monitoring frameworks using tools like OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
- Design and execute security measures in line with business expansion.
- Implement initiatives to improve system performance and reliability based on SLI/SLO (Service Level Indicator / Service Level Objective) design.
- Maintain and extend the in-house application tool, go-kit.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 - Empathy with the company's mission - Experience using cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure - Approach to system issues from a holistic perspective, encompassing everything from applications to infrastructure layers, while communicating with team members (including the development team) <e.g.> 　- Able to discuss business logic performance, etc., even if the application code is not fully understood 　- Able to identify bottlenecks in infrastructure, middleware, or applications based on information such as logs and metrics when problems occur - Able to keep up with trends in related technologies and incorporate them into current development projects as needed - Experience operating automated environments using tools based on CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code concepts 【Preferred】 - Experience in developing and operating products and tools using the Go and TypeScript programming languages - Deep knowledge and operational experience with Spanner - Deep knowledge and operational experience with Kubernetes - Deep knowledge of Cloud Native 【Ideal Applicants】 - Empathy with the company's mission and vision - Ability to independently devise strategies and tactics to achieve goals, communicate them to the team, and lead with high motivation - Willingness to take on any challenge within the company with a high sense of responsibility, without limiting oneself to a specific job description - Able to actively take on new technologies and unexplored areas - Able to enjoy constantly changing situations and uncertainty, and respond flexibly with a sense of urgency - Able to celebrate the growth and success of community users and team members - Able to quickly catch up on new technologies and knowledge of unknown business domains

Working Condition

・Fully remote working in principle (with one day of work per month)
・2 days off per week, holidays off
