Job Description

We develop and provide AI-based products in SaaS format for major corporate contact centers to improve their business operations and customer experience.
We develop and provide AI-based products in SaaS format for the contact centers of major companies to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.

In this position, you will be involved in sales proposals, implementation support, and post-implementation technical support for our products to major clients and distributors.
This position will be involved in sales proposals, implementation support, and post-implementation technical support of the company's products to major clients and agencies.

＜Specific duties include
Identify issues through assessment of the client's business process and apply/promote our SaaS to solve them.
Present implementation methods and implementation steps for new business processes to customers based on design thinking.
Project management, such as progress management and issue management, for implementation/application of generative AI.
Coordination with clients and related engineers (development, customization, customer success).
Handling of technical issues during service-in and service delivery (collaboration and coordination with partner company engineers)

Required Skills and Experiences

Required. Ability to manage and coordinate project schedules and issues *PMO level is also acceptable, with a desire to grow Experience negotiating with corporate clients (e.g., sales, PM, PMO, etc.) Ability to think logically, explain technical details and progress in an easy-to-understand manner, and prepare appropriate documents. Able to grasp the status of the entire team and proactively find necessary actions on your own. Welcome requirements Ability to understand, listen to, and diagram the workflow of customer support operations, etc. Experience in using AI to generate business. Knowledge and experience in the call center industry and customer support domain Ability to understand technical aspects of SaaS services, SNS, AWS, etc.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Base salary: ¥280,423-~¥448,719
35 hours overtime allowance ¥76,720-¥122,710
Assumed annual salary: ¥357,143-~¥571,429 x 14 months (including 2 months of bonuses) = ¥5,000,002-~¥8,000,006- (based on last year's results)
