【Responsibilities】
You'll act as a bridge between Japanese clients and team members, and the project managers, AI engineers, and developers in Vietnam, helping to implement our AI solutions.

Your role goes beyond just mediating communication. You'll drive the entire project by analyzing data from clients, creating requirements definition documents, and writing reports. In the future, we expect you to take on the role of Project Manager and oversee projects from start to finish.
Specifically, your duties will include the following:

・Detailing business requirements and sharing them with development members.
・Jointly managing the entire project with the Project Manager in Vietnam.
・Ensuring the quality of deliverables created by the development team.

This position offers opportunities to challenge yourself in various roles, depending on your aspirations and skills. This includes serving as a Project Manager and engaging in pre-sales activities, such as creating proposals and drafting estimates.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in the entire software development process, from design to development and testing of web-based business applications (this position does not involve development work, but development experience is listed as a requirement because it facilitates smooth communication with engineers). Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent level or higher. Vietnamese Language (native level). 【Preferred】 *Any of the following ・Bridge SE experience ・Experience in introducing cloud-based systems ・Knowledge of machine learning 【Ideal Applicants】・Empathy with the company's mission and attracted to its business ・Commitment to work with a sense of ownership and the willingness to persevere until the task is completed ・Values on teamwork and the ability to solve major issues in collaboration with stakeholders ・A strong spirit of challenge to create standards in the unknown field of promoting the continued use of AI products ・A cheerful and energetic attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers

Working Condition

【Holidays and Time Off】
- Complete Two-Day Weekends: You'll have Saturdays and Sundays off.
- National Holidays
- Annual Paid Leave: You'll receive 3 days upon joining and an additional 10 days after six months of employment.
- Parental Leave: Maternity, paternity, and family care leave are provided as required by law.
- Other: This includes condolence leave, year-end, and New Year holidays.
*Annual holidays total 122 days.
