Job Description

You'll be responsible for product management to develop a wide range of platform products, including internet research and marketing support. Your goal is to help the company's clients solve their problems and make better decisions.
This involves creating a mid-to-long-term strategy, then developing annual plans, defining requirements, designing specifications, and building the product.
You'll identify client and business challenges and opportunities, and then work with engineers, vendors, and business divisions to create services and platforms that address these needs in an agile manner.

【Responsibilities】
・Product management for the renewal of the platform that supports the company's operations.
・Collaborating with business divisions, engineers, and vendors to define requirements, design specifications, and manage the development and release of technically complex products, including microservices, as well as designing the user journey.
・Grasping and managing the priorities of the business environment, business needs, internal operations, and technical challenges.
・Communicating with stakeholders to build trust, clearly explaining technical concepts, and taking accountability for your work.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent knowledge and experience in products and services for the Internet, smartphones, and SaaS. 3+ years of experience in business logic, data model, and API design and development. Leadership and communication skills that can engage others. Strong passion for creating and growing products. Bachelor's degree in information science or equivalent knowledge. 【Preferred】 Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, infrastructure, and ML Experience in product development using Agile methodologies Understanding and application of statistics Basic knowledge of digital advertising/digital marketing (mechanisms such as cookies, device identifiers, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Experience in planning and executing medium-sized or larger projects Ability to compile documents that can be reviewed (Japanese is required, English is preferred) Communication skills in English 【Language】 Japanese language skills to be able to work adequately Positive attitude toward English
