As a group company of the Hard Off Group, we develop and operate the systems that connect our stores, customers, and employees. The Hard Off Group has more than 1,000 specialty chain stores both in Japan and internationally, including Hard Off, which specializes in recycled goods; Off House, which handles clothing and furniture; and Hobby Off, which focuses on hobby items. [Job Overview]
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development of new and existing services. This includes the development, modification, rebuilding, and renewal of applications used by the Hard Off Group's hundreds of stores across Japan. Depending on your preferences and skills, you'll also have the opportunity to gain experience in various phases, including upstream processes like requirements definition and design, as well as project management.

Screen design and development for new services and existing service features
Frontend development for e-commerce sites, official sites, and internal sites | Implementing design assets and improving UI, Adding new features and refining existing ones | Gathering requirements from internal teams and stores

You'll have the freedom to develop in your preferred environment. The company actively incorporates cutting-edge cloud technologies like AWS, providing every engineer with an account to experiment freely.
