＜Job Summary＞
IT desk-side support for clients at foreign-affiliated companies.

● Desk-side user support
└ Installing software, troubleshooting network issues, and setting up PCs and peripherals.
● Communication with IT vendors
└ Interacting with vendors and providers of IT services used by our clients.
● Remote hand support for overseas IT teams
└ Acting as on-site support for tasks that remote teams cannot handle.
└ E.g., unplugging/plugging cables, rebooting equipment, and installing new devices.
● Escalation to overseas IT teams
● Support requests to manufacturers
● Occasional business trips to other regions (approx. once a year)

● Japanese: Business level
└ Used for communication with employees at client companies (via ticketing systems, chat, and in-person).

Required Skills and Experiences

＜Required Skills and Qualifications＞・Education: Associate's degree or higher ・Bilingual Proficiency: └Japanese: Business-level conversational skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent) └English: Business-level conversational skills (TOEIC 735-860 or equivalent). Note: Communication will be primarily in English. ・Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT desk-side support experience (including on-site, remote, and in-person support) ＜Preferred Qualifications＞・Basic knowledge of networking

＜Salary＞
◆ Annual Salary: 5,000,000 JPY -
This is a minimum guarantee. The final salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.
There is a 6-month probationary period. There will be no change in salary or benefits during this period.
Overtime pay is 100% covered!

◆ Salary Increase: Once a year (in your joining month)
Increases are based on your ability, performance, and motivation for growth, regardless of your years of service or age. Some employees have seen an increase of over 20% in one year!

Based on individual performance
