Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Product Strategy
・Assist in creating product strategy documents and gathering information based on the company's overall vision and business strategy.
・Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and report on the findings.
・Support the creation of product roadmaps and prioritization by collecting and analyzing data.
・Help set and track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.

2. Product Development
・Collaborate with the development team to assist with documentation for requirements definition and specification planning.
・Help draft proposals for product improvements based on user interviews and data analysis.
・Support the planning and execution of product releases.
・Research on the latest AI technology trends and assist in evaluating their applicability to in-house products

3. Stakeholder Collaboration
・Collect and organize customer needs by working with the sales and customer success teams.
・Create meeting minutes and summarize feedback from customer communication.
・Assist with creating materials and setting up meetings for management and other departments.
・Provide translation support and facilitate information sharing for smooth communication within the multinational team.

【Team Structure】
The development organization consists of approximately 65 members, including engineers and PMs. The PM team is divided into the following groups:

・In-House AI SaaS Product Managers: Focused on expanding product features and the customer base for products that have achieved Product-Market Fit (PMF).
・AI Agent PMF: Responsible for strategy and execution to achieve PMF for the company's suite of innovative AI agents.
・Project Managers: Develop and provide in-house SaaS and Agent solutions for clients.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Strong interest and eagerness to learn about product management or related roles (product planning, project promotion, etc.) Basic IT literacy (fundamental knowledge of software development processes, web technologies, etc.) Logical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (ability to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders) Japanese: Native level 【Preferred】 Some practical experience in software or system development (including internships) Experience in market research or data analysis Interest and knowledge in AI technologies and SaaS products Work experience at a startup company or strong interest in working at one English: Business level (reading and writing; conversational level acceptable for speaking)
