With approximately 6600 engineers located across Japan, we assist over 900 clients—primarily in manufacturing—with system development, network construction, and operations. As one of Japan's largest IT service groups, we offer end-to-end solutions, from consulting to maintenance.
Due to an increase in projects, we are currently hiring.


[ Job Overview ]
Based on individual experience and preferences, a project role—including requirements definition, design, development, and maintenance—will be assigned for on-site work at our clients' locations.

＜Project Examples＞
‐Design and construction on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
‐Planning, proposal, design, construction, and operational design of network infrastructure
‐Design and construction of servers and cloud computing using virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
‐Construction and operation of LTE and smartphone related networks
‐Server (Windows, Linux) operation and maintenance

The average duration of a project is about two years.
Projects are basically conducted by a team of several people. 
Together with leaders and senior staff, we will build up a single system.
Some projects are of such a scale that dozens to hundreds of people are involved in the entire project.

Number of Engineer: approximately 6,600 (including more than 300 Foreign Nationals)

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Skills & Experience ‐At least 3 years of experience in design and construction as an infrastructure engineer (excl. internships) ‐Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) (JLPT N2) *The Japanese language training in Japan will be conducted at the N2 level. ‐Living in a country other than Japan. ‐Candidates who are able to work in Japan for the mid to long term (approx. 5 years or more) ■ Welcome requirement Business level English or higher

■Assumed annual salary
Assumed annual salary: 3.9 to 9.8million yen (monthly salary + bonus + overtime)
*Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
*Bonus will be paid twice a year (previous year's actual: approximately 4 months' salary) 
   **It may change depending on the business performance.
*There is a trial period of 2 months (salary and benefits will not differ during the trial period).
