[ Job Overview ]
Based on individual experience and preferences, a project role—including requirements definition, design, development, and maintenance—will be assigned for on-site work at our clients' locations.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Skills & Experience - As a Backend engineer, at least 3 years of development experience (any phase is acceptable) - Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) (JLPT N2) - Candidates who are able to work in Japan for the mid to long term (approximately 5 years or more) ■ Welcome Requirement Business level English or higher

■Working Hours
9:00AM ~ 6:00PM 
(Break time: 12:00AM ~ 1:00PM)
Overtime hours: 11.4 hours on average

■Annual Salary
Assumed annual salary: 3.9 to 9.8 million yen (monthly salary + bonus + overtime)
*Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
*Bonus will be paid twice a year (previous year's actual: approximately 4 months' salary) 
   **It may change depending on the business performance.
*There is a trial period of 2 months (salary and benefits will not differ during the trial period).
