【Job Responsibilities】
As a SAFe® Project Manager, you will leverage advanced leadership skills to guide large-scale agile development projects to success. This position contributes to maximizing customer value and achieving business success through projects such as the following:
(An explanation of SAFe® is provided below.)

⑴　Agile Coach
You will support clients' agile development efforts by:
・Launching agile projects and implementing new Scrum frameworks.
・Providing coaching and advice for agile projects.
・Helping to foster the organizational culture necessary for agile success and assisting with staffing, training, and framework development.

⑵　System Development Support
You will support clients in the execution of their development projects by:
・Acting as a Scrum Master to provide hands-on agile implementation support.
・Supporting clients' development projects as a Project Manager.
*Note: Depending on the client's agile maturity, you may be involved as a Project Manager for waterfall development projects.

⑶　Large-Scale Agile Consultant
You will support the implementation and utilization of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) by:
・Serving as a SAFe® trainer to conduct training sessions for large-scale agile implementation.
・Supporting the implementation of large-scale agile (SAFe®) practices.

You will use English for communication with external parties (Scaled Agile, Inc.). A high level of English proficiency is required, as the SPCT (SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer) certification is difficult to obtain without a TOEIC score of 900 or higher.
