【Product Development Group】
As a member of the Product Development Group, you'll be involved in developing new circuits and systems for products—about 70% of which are "world-firsts" or "industry-firsts."
Your main role is to enhance a product's value from a circuit and system perspective. You'll gain a deep understanding of customer needs and develop products that solve their challenges.
By collaborating with product planning and sales teams, and coordinating with optical structure and software teams, you will propose and implement the optimal features, performance, and configurations for new products. This involves identifying and establishing the right components, technologies, and devices, which is a crucial task that directly impacts a product's value.

Responsibilities
The company develops a wide range of products, including FA sensors, precision measuring instruments, microscopes, image processing devices, and PLCs.
You'll work on everything from component review and prototype evaluation to supporting mass production launches. This will involve circuit, system, embedded software, and FPGA development.
Depending on the development needs, you'll also have the opportunity to propose new devices and external partners, as well as handle the technical vetting and management of these technologies.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・3+ years of practical experience in circuit/system development at an electrical/electronic/control equipment/machinery/industrial equipment/precision equipment manufacturer 【Preferred】・Proficiency in system and peripheral high-speed processing, scanner control, and CMOS sensor utilization and application ・Experience as a development project manager or circuit/system leader ・Broad technical knowledge and interest in algorithm, software, and optical structure domains beyond circuits/systems

08:30-17:15 ・Prescribed working hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes ・Overtime work after 21:30 prohibited ・Break time: 60 minutes (12:00-13:00)
