The candidate will be responsible for front-end development of any of the products in the Rakuraku series, including the addition of new features, performance improvements, technical improvements, and innovations.

1.Front-end development
　Front-end architecture design
　Estimation, design, and implementation

2.Creation/review of development deliverables
　Ensure quality by reviewing design and code
　（Collaboration with designers and server-side engineers (within the same development division)

3.Training and management of team members
　Progress management
　Lead and follow up on technical and behavioral aspects
　Create/revise training curriculum

Specific tasks
Enhancement of functions to provide new user experience
Renewal of "Rakuraku Seikatsu" and "Rakuraku Kozei" to modern architecture
UI/UX improvement of existing functions in "Rakuraku Attendance", UI renewal of self-onboarding function, and new development of setting wizard function
Development work related to design changes to unify the UI of the Rakuraku series
Web accessibility initiatives

Development System
More than 20 front-end engineers, basically in-house development mainly by full-time employees.
Each person has his/her own service to be in charge of.
