Focuses on enhancing the travel experience for international visitors to Japan through a wide range of services, including Wi-Fi and eSIM rental, transportation ticket arrangements (such as Shinkansen and buses), and inbound consulting for businesses.
Engages in solving challenges faced by both international travelers and local service providers across various industries.

The company is seeking an individual to take a lead role in developing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications.
This position plays a key role across a broad range—from UX design to frontend architecture—to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.

The successful candidate will join the Business Development Division and contribute to both new and existing product initiatives across departments.


■ Key Responsibilities
・Lead technology selection and architectural design to support a fast-growing product and organization
・Develop and maintain scalable and sustainable frontend applications
・Define technical strategies aligned with business goals and provide leadership to the development team
・Drive rapid improvement and testing of product features based on data-driven decision-making
・Design and implement frontend architecture and reusable UI components
・Collaborate with the design team to enhance the overall UI/UX
・Research, evaluate, and select frameworks, libraries, and middleware

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Skills ・Native-level Japanese proficiency. ・7+ years of experience in full-stack web application development. ・5+ years of experience in service development and operations with Laravel or Express. ・3+ years of experience with TypeScript and one of the following modern frameworks: Next.js, React, Nuxt.js, or Vue.js. ・Experience in designing and operating RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL). ・Experience in building and operating services with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS). ・Experience in building development and production environments with Docker. ・Experience in designing and implementing REST or GraphQL APIs. ・Practical knowledge of and experience with web security, including countermeasures for XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection, as well as vulnerability assessment. ・Experience in implementing and operating payment features (e.g., credit card payments, subscriptions, and external payment API integration). ・Experience in implementing authentication and authorization designs (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, SSO). ・Experience in documentation and refactoring. ■ Preferred Skills ・Proficiency in English communication. ・Experience in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines. ・Understanding of software architecture principles (OOP, FP, DDD, Clean Architecture). ・Experience in designing and operating architectures like SSR, CSR, SSG, and PWA. ・Experience in building a Backend for Frontend (BFF) using GraphQL and Apollo. ・Experience using state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand). ・Experience in designing and implementing reusable UI components. ■ Ideal Candidate Profile ・Enjoys collaborating within a team to build and deliver solutions ・Maintains a positive and proactive attitude, even when facing challenging tasks ・Comfortable adopting and experimenting with new tools and systems ・Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment

Working Condition

■ Compensation
・Annual salary: 7.2 to 8.4 million yen
　Trial period is 6 months. There is no change in conditions.
・Payment method: 1/12 of annual salary paid monthly
・Monthly salary: 600,000 - 700,000 yen (base salary: 486,000 - 567,000 yen + fixed overtime: 114,000 - 133,000 yen *Excess amount paid separately)
・Other fixed allowances : None

SW Shinbashi Bldg. 4F, 6-14-5 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0004, Japan
(Scope of change) Head office and sales offices nationwide, employees' homes
*Remote work for 1-2 days per week is negotiable.
